A major upgrade...

Since our opening 5 years ago, we’ve been using a traditional approach to teaching, with semester-long classes and evaluations based mostly on written tests. That approach certainly has its place, but isn’t ideal for technical training. Mozambique’s government recognizes this and has mandated that all professional training schools switch to a modular system that emphasizes learning practical skills.

Lots of work ahead as we adapt our curriculum to the new system, which will focus on performance over head-knowledge so that our students can hit the ground running when they graduate.
